# Licensing

cronpad OSS is licensed under **AGPL-3.0**. Self-hosted cronpad Enterprise is offered under a separate commercial license; cronpad Cloud is a hosted service. Enterprise features are **coming soon — [contact us](mailto:contact@cronpad.com)**.

## Open-source license

## Commercial license

The Enterprise commercial license replaces the AGPL obligations for the covered software, including its bundled OSS core. [Contact us](mailto:contact@cronpad.com) to discuss terms and availability.

## Contributor agreement

Contributors keep their copyright. The [CLA](https://github.com/gowthamgts/cronpad/blob/main/CLA.md) lets the project owner also license contributions commercially and use them in proprietary and hosted offerings, without notice or payment.
